Empowering the Future of Energy

As part of our dedication to community engagement, we created this scholarship program to support the next generation of energy leaders in the United States by providing financial assistance for their education and career development. enCore is committed to supporting high school students in local communities who are pursuing higher education in fields related to energy, engineering, environmental science and more. In our inaugural year, we proudly awarded scholarships to 10 students across our local communities.

Scholarship Details:

Award Amount: $2,000 per student
Number of Scholarships: Up to 5 annually
Application Period: March 1 – May 1
Announcement of Recipients: Mid May
Funds Disbursed: June – August

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be a graduating high school senior
Reside in one of the eligible counties:
- Texas: Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Nueces, Refugio, Duval, or San Patricio
- South Dakota: Fall River County, Custer County
- Wyoming: Albany, Natrona, Freemont
Have a strong academic record
Demonstrate leadership and community involvement
Plan to pursue a degree in business, geology, environmental science, engineering, or a related field
Show financial need

Application Requirements:

Completed Application Form
Personal Statement: Explaining why you should be selected for the scholarship
Official Transcripts: Demonstrating academic achievement
Proof of Enrollment: Acceptance letter from an accredited institution

Recognition & Opportunities:

Scholarship recipients will be featured on enCore Energy’s website and social media platforms
Opportunities for site tours, mentorship, and networking events with industry professionals
